Police say the 101 non-emergency line is experiencing technical difficulties

The non-emergency 101 number is currently experiencing issues and calls are not being connected, according to a spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys.

People who have a non-urgent crime or incident to report are being asked to use alternative methods to report them.

You can visit the Dyfed-Powys website, or email the force at: contactcentre@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk

The 999 service is not affected, and is still available for emergencies.

More as we get it.
