A driver who failed to stop for Aberystwyth police officers was caught hiding in a bush after bailing from the vehicle, the force say.
Officers made chase of a vehicle after the driver made off when they tried to pull them over. The vehicle was later found abandoned, with the occupant having fled on foot.
Police Dog Storm was called in to help the force locate the driver, and after a search of the area, the driver was found hiding in a nearby bush.
The person was taken into custody and charged to court.

It comes as the force praised the “quick thinking actions” of two members of the public whose actions led to the arrest of two people in Adpar.
Police say they arrested one man for possession of a Class A drug, and a woman for driving whilst under the influence of cocaine.
The force hinted that the members of public performed a citizens arrest, although this has not been confirmed yet.
