A man has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following a fire on Castle Street in Cardigan.
The fire started in the early hours of Tuesday morning (16 June). Police were called to the scene, by which time the fire brigade were already on the scene.
A 42-year-old male, a 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old female, all from the Cardigan area, were arrested yesterday following the fire.
The area was cordoned off as forensic examinations were carried out, and several properties were evacuated as a precaution.
No-one was injured in the fire.
Dyfed-Powys Police announced that Nathan Lee Jones, aged 42, of Golwg y Castell, Cardigan has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life following the fire.
He will appear in court in Swansea this morning.
A 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old female, also from the Cardigan area, have been released on bail.
